Which letters are available right now?
A-Z letter tees are live now in Archivo Black and Old English Cloister. Each one is a separate approved Tapstitch product.
Can I request symbols or other scripts?
Not during the automatic launch. ONEGLYPH is starting with approved A-Z Latin-letter products only so fulfillment stays accurate.
Why are uploads closed right now?
Tapstitch does not currently provide a Shopify Designer API for automatic customer uploads. Each live product must use artwork already approved in Tapstitch.
Can I choose shirt and print colours?
The launch products are white tees with black print. More colours can be added after matching Tapstitch products are published.
Is the preview exact?
Each live letter product uses approved Tapstitch artwork. Product photos and previews are still visual references because screen colour and print results can vary slightly.
How long does production take?
Each ONEGLYPH item is made to order. Production timing can vary by product, fulfillment partner, and destination, and you will receive order updates by email after checkout.
Can personalized items be returned?
Because each item is personalized, returns are reviewed case by case. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or misprinted, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.
Where are orders fulfilled?
ONEGLYPH products are fulfilled through trusted print partners. The current launch product uses approved Tapstitch artwork connected to its Shopify variants.
